Our principal consultant, Jay Parikh, is a member of UL’s STP on UL 710, 710B & 1046, ASHRAE TC 5.10 on Kitchen Ventilation, and NFPA, and has served on technical committees for these standards, codes such as ICBO (now consolidated in the International Code Council), and other international codes.
